[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will focus on driving sales by identifying and qualifying new physician groups and clinics, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives.ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling to target sleep specialists, referring physicians, and relevant B2B stakeholdersHelp research and identify target accounts within specified territories and verticals that align with the company's ideal client profile (ICP)Assist in developing and articulating a compelling value proposition tailored to the specific needs and challenges of physician practices and corporate clientsQualify leads based on established criteria to ensure a high quality of handoffsSuccessfully book and confirm introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account ExecutivesMaintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities, account information, and lead status updates within the CRM system (e.g., Zoho)Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product team to optimize email sequences, call scripts, and content for maximum engagementProvide continuous feedback to the Sales leadership team on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and market receptionSkills1-2 years of proven success in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or related outbound sales roleDemonstrated comfort and professionalism in high-volume cold calling and prospecting to senior-level decision-makersExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex health or technology concepts clearly and conciselyHigh level of proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement toolsGoal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed monthly quotasPrevious sales experience within the healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or B2B SaaS industryFamiliarity with the sleep medicine ecosystem, including common terminology and referral pathwaysBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company.Option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA.401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary.Paid Time Off in accordance with the companyβs policies.Commuter benefits.Company OverviewCreating a healthier, happier world through the revitalizing power of sleep.
