[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Case IQ is a leading provider of investigative case management & compliance software. They are seeking a motivated Inbound Business Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and create high-quality sales opportunities for their Account Executives. Responsibilities Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner (demo requests, webinar leads, event leads, etc.) Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect need, challenges, and fit with the Case IQ suite of products Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce) Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance Follow up with nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution Continuously improve product knowledge and messaging Skills 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role (SaaS preferred) Strong communication skillsâboth written and verbal Ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment â proven track record of quota attainment Experience with sales engagement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav) is an asset Self-motivated with a growth mindset and coachability Experience handling inbound leads and converting âwarmâ leads from webinars & tradeshows Familiarity with compliance, HR tech, or investigative solutions Familiarity with speaking about a variety of different solutions, to multiple different use cases Benefits Work remotely within a flexible work environment (our team spans the US and Canada) Competitive company-paid benefits plan starting day 1!
