American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist II to support their wholesale distributors in driving retail sales of commercial turf equipment. The role focuses on building relationships, facilitating product demonstrations, and managing sales pipelines to enhance market share and sales growth.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate & support distributor partners in prospecting, on-site product demonstrations, and retail sales. Effectively communicate activity of successes/challenges to managementManage sales pipeline stages to identify current and future multiāunit sales opportunities, leveraging accurate and timely CRM management data to ensure visibility and effective followāupMonitor U.S. market conditions by region, identify sales obstacles and opportunities. Develop, execute, and track countermeasure plans.
