The Business Development & Marketing Associate role focuses on administrative coordination, client support, Salesforce CRM management, marketing assistance, and business development operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Business Development teamAssist with scheduling client meetings, presentations, conference calls, and industry eventsPrepare proposals, presentations, reports, and client-facing materialsTrack business development activities, opportunities, and follow-up itemsSupport RFP/RFI responses and proposal coordination effortsMaintain organized records of prospects, contracts, and client communicationsMaintain and update Salesforce CRM records, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline activityGenerate reports and dashboards for leadership and sales trackingEnsure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systemsAssist with lead tracking, campaign management, and client outreach initiativesSupport CRM process improvements and user adoption effortsServe as a professional point of contact for clients and prospectsSupport onboarding and ongoing communication with clientsAssist with client reporting requests and follow-up communicationsCoordinate internal resources to ensure timely responses to client needsHelp maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and communicationAssist with marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media coordinationSupport development of marketing collateral, newsletters, and promotional materialsCoordinate conference registrations, sponsorships, and event logisticsMaintain marketing content libraries and branded materialsHelp monitor marketing performance metrics and campaign effectivenessSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience in insurance claims environment, TPA or professional services industries1–3 years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or client service experienceExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platformsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, or LinkedIn campaignsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experienceBase salaryPerformance-based incentivesPaid time offComprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchingCompany OverviewRaphael & Associates is a TPA and claims adjusting company It was founded in 1978, and is headquartered in Rutherford, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
