They are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development across the Midwestern United States, focusing on regional revenue growth and customer acquisition while building scalable sales processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned Midwestern territoryIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end users, system integrators, and distributorsPersonally drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal execution during the initial growth phaseBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizationsClearly articulate Eureka Robotics’ value proposition to drive profitable growth and customer successAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating customer needs internally across engineering, applications, and operations teamsManage and grow key accounts and strategic partnersWork closely with Sales Management and leadership to define and execute regional sales strategiesEstablish and continuously improve scalable sales processes, KPIs, and reporting structuresAnalyze sales performance and adjust tactics to maximize effectivenessMaintain accurate forecasting and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)Build executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers and other target industries as the business expandsRepresent Eureka Robotics professionally at customer sites, industry events, and partner engagementsProvide market feedback to leadership to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategyProactively engage existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and generate referralsIndependently negotiate and close deals; escalate strategically to senior leadership when neededMaintain disciplined sales execution, including structured account planning and daily outreach activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field (Business or equivalent experience considered)3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within complex, consultative sales cyclesHands-on experience with robotic automation, machine vision, or industrial automation solutionsStrong understanding of Tier-1 Automotive and EOM/OEM manufacturing environments, including production, quality, and automation workflowsProven experience developing, enabling, and supporting channel partners, including system integrators and automation distributorsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and executive levelsWillingness to travel within territory as needed (typically 30–50%).
