The Business Development Manager will focus on a full-cycle sales process, helping businesses identify and monetize tax incentives and credits while working directly with senior finance leaders.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeEducate founders, CFOs, and finance leaders on available tax incentives and funding opportunitiesIdentify qualified opportunities and collaborate with internal tax/technical teamsBuild and manage a strong pipeline and mid-market clientsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsSkills3+ years of B2B sales experience within the tax incentives industry, including R&D tax credits, cost segregation, energy credits, or similar incentive-based tax solutionsA proven closer with a history of winning clients, exceeding targetsComfortable selling to senior decision-makers (CFO, Founder, Controller)Strong communication, discovery, and closing skillsCandidates located on the U.S. East Coast and Texas are strongly encouraged to applyBenefitsCompetitive base salary +commissions based on experience and capabilityCompany OverviewFI Group is a management consulting firm that offers research tax credit, export aid, funds and innovation management services.
