They are seeking a Business Development Manager for their New Home Division to identify and develop business opportunities in the residential new construction market, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the adoption of their energy storage solutions.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the residential new construction market, including national and regional homebuilders, residential developers, EPCs, electrical contractors, and strategic channel partnersEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the new home construction ecosystem, including homebuilder executives, purchasing teams, construction managers, design centers, and energy solution partnersDrive specification and adoption of EcoFlow residential energy storage solutions in new home communities and production homebuilding programsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for the New Home Build channel, including builder programs, preferred vendor partnerships, and standardized ESS offeringsCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, operations, and service teams to support project implementation and customer successLead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with builders, developers, and channel partnersRepresent EcoFlow at industry conferences, builder association events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunitiesMonitor market trends, regulatory developments, incentive programs, building codes, and competitive activities within the residential construction and distributed energy industriesDevelop sales forecasts, manage pipeline activities, and achieve assigned revenue and market share targets for the New Home Build businessProvide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product roadmap development and future growth initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related fieldMinimum 7+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience within residential construction, renewable energy, energy storage, solar, electrical products, or related industriesProven track record of developing and managing strategic relationships with homebuilders, residential developers, EPCs, electrical contractors, or new construction channel partnersStrong understanding of the residential new construction market, homebuilding processes, construction cycles, and builder procurement practicesSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makersStrong cross-cultural collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organizationMBA preferredExperience selling energy storage, solar, smart home, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, or other residential technology solutions is highly preferredExisting network with national or regional homebuilders, residential developers, and construction industry decision-makers is strongly desiredPreferred knowledge of residential energy storage and solar solutions, including products such as Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, FranklinWH, SolarEdge Home Battery, Sonnen, and similar residential energy management systemsBenefitsCompetitive salary packageTravel allowance according to company policyA positive and warm team with transparent information transferringClear career development pathCompany OverviewEcoFlow is a leading eco-friendly energy solutions company with the vision to power a new world.
