They are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and manage the top-of-funnel business development across their brands. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating a reliable pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesOwn top-of-funnel business development across Interior Design, Metropolis, and Azure for an assigned group of sales partnersProspect aggressively through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage new potential advertisers and partnersIdentify dormant and lapsed accounts and execute targeted winback outreach strategiesQualify prospects and deliver warm, sales-ready leads to the rep group for active pursuit and conversionManage consistent outreach cadences and follow-up activity to move prospects from initial engagement into pipelinePartner closely with sales and marketing to convert inbound interest, campaign responses, and other warm signals into qualified opportunitiesMaintain rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot, including accurate contact management, activity tracking, lead status updates, and pipeline visibilityUse HubSpot and other inbound marketing tools to monitor engagement, prioritize outreach, and surface actionable opportunitiesProvide clear reporting on outreach activity, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and handoff qualityContinuously refine prospecting strategies, messaging, and targeting to improve lead volume, lead quality, and conversion outcomesSkillsProven experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar hunter-oriented roleStrong prospecting instincts with confidence in initiating outreach and opening doors with new contactsDemonstrated ability to qualify leads and translate activity into real pipeline valueComfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear expectations and accountabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and disciplined in follow-upExperience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools with a high degree of rigorAble to work independently while partnering effectively with sales and marketing stakeholdersPersistent, resilient, and energized by performance goals and measurable outcomesCompany OverviewIntegrated media and technology platform for design and luxury industries It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
