Drive ownership strategies for key accounts and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesEstablish and maintain high-level business relationships with owners, operators, corporate stakeholders, developers, property managers, general contractors, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPCs), and other strategic partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their product strategies, requirements, and constraints, and delivering tailored solutionsIndependently manage and grow the regional area pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and prioritization of opportunitiesMonitor regional KPIs and performance metrics, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce for reporting and analysisWork closely with internal teams—including sales leadership, technical managers, and engineering services—to coordinate regional efforts. Influence policies, practices, and procedures to optimize business development outcomesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing work and sharing best practices. Represent the organization at industry symposiums and experience center events, positioning the company as a market leaderConduct high-impact sales calls and deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences, including architects, builders, developers, facility engineers, and code officials.
