[Remote] Business Development Manager - Multi Family (HVAC)

The Business Development Manager - Multi Family will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with developers and specification partners, while also overseeing new product introductions and market trend analysis.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop strong relationships with Allied Developer and specification partners, distributors, and internal team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and positive long-term relationshipsMaintain a strong understanding of the HVAC and Multifamily industries, including emerging trends and regulationsDemonstrate a technical application ability to align with the Developer community both with MagicPak and Residential Split System designPartner with various internal team members to ensure cohesive and impactful relationshipsServe as the main point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiriesMonitor and report on market trends and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to reach organizational objectivesIdentify new developer prospects in the multi-family product categoryParticipate in new product introductions associated to multi-family productsPresent strategic business development opportunities and updates to leadershipManage pricing contracts and long-term agreementsRemote position with 60% travelSkillsRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires at least 5 years related experienceRequires strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
