The role involves building relationships with enterprise clients, developing account strategies, and managing the job and candidate lifecycle to ensure successful staffing solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop strong relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers that result in staffing and services businessDevelop account strategies to win, build, and grow business from new and existing accountsSet up discovery calls to analyze client needs and offer staffing and solutions recommendations in partnership with our Solutions TeamBring in new opportunities by leaning on your internal network, social media, cold calling, virtual meetings, client visits, and word of mouthManage a successful job and candidate lifecycle which includes: hosting qualification calls, analyzing job descriptions, evaluating candidate profiles as a match, mentoring recruiters, recommending boolean and search strategies, and obtaining interviews and offers with hiring managersSkills3-5 years of business development experience with a proven record of delivering technical staffing resultsUnderstand complex technologies and how they relate to solving customer problemsStrength in building strong customer trust and relationshipsExceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skillsManage client relationships, recognize key issues, and consistently meet client needs and project objectives through weekly/monthly follow-upsAnalyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate matchBachelor's degree or equivalentServices/Consulting sales experienceFormal Leadership experienceTechnical certifications or accreditationsCompany OverviewAt Mercer County Works, we help people get jobs through a dedicated job engine for Mercer County and its surrounding areas.
