The role involves leading strategy and operations, generating new business, and developing strong customer relationships while collaborating with various internal teams.ResponsibilitiesDrive disproportionate growth of Summitâs Hydraulic Business by leading strategy and operations, generating new business and developing high-value customer relationshipsLead direct sales efforts by delivering valueâbased solutions supported by strong application engineeringMonitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable growth strategiesPartner closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain to support new opportunities and product developmentEngage regularly with major OEMs and customers through frequent onâsite visitsSupport the sales organization through lead generation initiatives, sales tools, training, and market intelligenceUtilize CRM to track opportunities, customer interactions, and industry insightsRepresent Summit at industry trade shows, seminars, and association eventsSkillsEngineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience with hydraulic systems operating under high load and high pressure5+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product managementProven ability to grow markets and influence crossâfunctional teamsStrong communication, presentation, and relationshipâbuilding skillsWillingness to travel extensively (around 50%)Company OverviewFreudenberg Flow Technologies specializes in connectors and sealing services.
