[Remote] Business Development Manager, High Speed Digital Interconnects (RF/VNA)

This role focuses on leading market growth for Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) solutions, engaging with customers, and developing strategies for high-speed digital test applications.ResponsibilitiesDefine growth areas and develop an actionable strategy for addressing high-speed digital test applicationsSupport account strategies with strategic customers and coordinate global R&S resourcesBuild technical relationships with XPU, interconnect, and cable manufacturersLead technical discussions, demos, and evaluations for high-speed digital VNA applicationsInterface with R&D to align VNA features with industry roadmaps and customer feedbackStrong understanding of how RF metrics affect high speed digital interfaces and familiarity with standards such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, HDMI, USB, and DisplayPortRepresent R&S in standard bodies and industry eventsSupport & train the North American sales team on high-speed digital VNA application / use casesExpand R&S brand presence in the region working closely with sales teamsSkillsBS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field7+ years of relevant industry experience (business development, field/applications engineering, or RF test engineering) with a track record of customer engagement and account developmentDeep hands-on experience with Vector Network AnalyzersStrong understanding of S-parameters, de-embedding and fixture calibrationAbility to translate complex technical specs into business valueProven ability to collaborate across account teams and coordinate global resources to close strategic opportunitiesCandidates must reside in the US and have US citizenship or permanent work authorizationBackground supporting high-density AI cluster architecturesFamiliarity with IEEE 802.3dj ethernet standards & PCIe Gen 6 / Gen 7Existing relationships with major interconnect and transceiver vendorsRemote within the US with preference for locations near major air hubs (Bay Area, Seattle, Austin).
