The role involves lead generation, relationship management, and team leadership, focusing on nurturing leads and closing deals in fast-paced environments.ResponsibilitiesLeverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted campaigns to identify, engage, and nurture qualified leads across the US and European marketsTrack and measure performance against personal KPIs and OKRs in bi-monthly agile sprintsManage the full sales lifecycle in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, from lead generation to conversion and pipeline reportingBuild and maintain relationships throughout the lead nurturing journey from initial contact through continuous follow-ups to closing dealsGenerate and qualify leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other social channels using a structured lead scoring modelCreate and deliver high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for prospects and internal strategy reviewsSchedule and coordinate appointments to move qualified leads through the sales funnelPartner with marketing to execute campaigns, webinars, and events for both lead generation and long-term client engagementConduct in-depth market and account research to uncover growth opportunities and design-tailored outreach strategiesRespond promptly to inbound inquiries, ensuring a professional and trust-building prospect experienceConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDeliver tailored, value-driven solutions that address specific client needs, improving win ratesMaintain accurate CRM records, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholdersSkills6-10 Years of experienceB Tech / BBA / MBA6+ years of business development/sales experience in the IT services domain, with a focus on the US and European marketsProven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in a fast-growing start-up environment with the ability to adapt quickly and scale processesStrong expertise in LinkedIn-based prospecting, lead nurturing, and email marketingProficiency in CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM)Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations and product demosStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitmentsProven experience in team building, mentoring, and managing business development teamsWillingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, or other business activitiesEntrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly motivated with a client-centric, solution-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with sales AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, Otter AI, Apollo.io)Company OverviewNextGen Invent, an AI enablement and technology services company, focuses on delivering transformative outcomes through Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Transformation, and AI.
