[Remote] Business Development Manager - EPC East Coast

Miller Resource Group is a privately held global manufacturer of industrial instrumentation and measurement solutions, seeking an EPC Business Development Manager to drive growth across strategic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) accounts in the Eastern United States. This remote, field-based role focuses on developing relationships with leading EPC firms and expanding market share across various capital-intensive industries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow relationships with major EPC firms, licensors, OEMs, and end usersIdentify and pursue project opportunities from early awareness through RFQ and awardInfluence specifications and position solutions throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate internal and external resources to support project pursuit activitiesDevelop commercial strategies, proposals, and negotiation plans for complex projectsManage multiple project opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accurate pipeline visibilityPartner closely with engineering, proposal, legal, inside sales, and project execution teamsMaintain long-term customer relationships throughout project execution and future project opportunitiesSkills4+ years of experience selling complex, long-cycle technical solutions to EPC organizationsStrong understanding of capital project sales within Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or related industrial marketsExperience working with EPC firms, licensors, OEMs, and end users throughout the project lifecycleStrong proposal development, commercial strategy, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in fast-paced project environmentsBackground in instrumentation preferred; experience with valves, controls, rotating equipment, piping, or related technologies will also be consideredEngineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent industry experience consideredCandidates located near a major airport strongly preferredBenefits25% annual bonus opportunity tied to individual performance and company EBITDA goalsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offMileage reimbursementComprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewMiller Resource Group specializes in food manufacturing and industrial technology solutions.
