They are seeking an experienced Workday Sales Professional to drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth by selling Workday implementation and post-production support servicesBuild and manage pipeline for Workday HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, and related solutionsCollaborate closely with Workday direct sales teams and alliance managersDevelop account strategies and executive-level relationshipsLead RFP/RFI responses and proposal developmentConduct client presentations, solution positioning, and value articulationNegotiate contracts and close dealsMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM updatesRepresent the organization in Workday partner events and industry forumsSkills5+ years of enterprise software / SaaS sales experience2+ years selling Workday services within a Workday Partner organizationStrong understanding of Workday HCM and/or FinancialsExperience working in a co-sell motion with Workday sales teamsProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsStrong executive presence and negotiation skillsExisting relationships within the Workday ecosystemExperience selling into mid-market or enterprise accountsUnderstanding of cloud transformation programsMBA or relevant business degreeCompany OverviewFounded in 1996, CTC is a global IT services, Consulting and Business Solutions partner dedicated to helping organizations innovate, optimize, and grow.
