The role involves leading the sales cycle for key projects, managing local channel partners, and providing market analysis to support strategies.ResponsibilitiesDrive market development for professional audio & video (Pro AV) integration in the assigned region; build and maintain relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, consultants and end-usersLead end-to-end sales cycle for key projects: opportunity identification, client visits, solution presentation, technical & commercial negotiation, and revenue target achievementDevelop and manage local channel partners (agents/integrators) to strengthen brand awareness and market shareAct as an industry mentor for the local team: transfer Pro AV knowledge, sales methodologies and project experience via joint visits, role-plays and case debriefsMonitor regional market trends and competitor activities (Crestron/Extron/Barco/AMX etc.); provide market analysis to support product, pricing and channel strategiesSupport key project solution design, tendering and execution; coordinate cross-functional resources for smooth deliverySkillsMinimum 5 years of Pro AV integration sales/BD experienceEstablished relationships with system integrators, consultants and end-users in the target regionSolid understanding of AV over IP, distributed video, video wall, KVM and control systemsProven track record in large-scale AV integration projectsStrong coaching & mentoring skillsFrequent travel requiredEffective cross-cultural collaborationBackground with global brands (Crestron, Extron, Barco, AMX, Q-SYS) or top local integratorsCompany OverviewNovaStar, a global leading LED display system integrator, designs and develops LED display system control solutions for a variety of market applications including entertainment, digital signage and rental.
