The role involves driving new business and revenue growth through managing the full sales cycle, engaging with prospective clients, and guiding them through the onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, events, and other channelsExecute outbound strategies tailored to defined ICPs and market segmentsResearch accounts for understanding business context, hiring plans, and potential use casesTake qualified inbound requests and convert them into active opportunitiesRespond promptly and professionally in line with internal SLAsRun a structured qualification to assess fit and readinessConduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client goals, blockers, compliance considerations, and service requirementsEducate prospects on how Native Teams supports global employment, payroll, and work paymentsPresent tailored solutions, product overviews, and value propositions to multiple stakeholdersPrepare proposals, pricing scenarios, and competitive a/b options in line with commercial guidelinesGuide clients on hiring models (EoR, Contractor of Record, etc.) and explain operational processesWork cross-functionally to ensure feasibility for legal, product, and finance-related questionsManage contract negotiations and commercial discussions through to signatureNavigate procurement timelines, internal approvals, and stakeholder alignmentClose new business and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targetsMaintain an up-to-date sales pipeline with accurate stage management and forecastingLog all activities, updates, and communication history in the CRMPrioritize high-impact opportunities while balancing follow-ups and nurturingWork closely with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client transition post-closeRelay client feedback to internal stakeholders to support product and process improvementsRepresent the sales voice in outbound campaigns, ICP targeting, and revenue initiativesStay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and compliance developmentsShare insights from the market to improve positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategySkillsExperience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or full-cycle sales rolesStrong communication and client-facing presentation skillsConfident running discovery calls, demos, and negotiationsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales outreach toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals in parallelAbility to navigate ambiguity, work autonomously, and drive outcomesFluency in English, written and spokenBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)BenefitsPlus commissionsDynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup.Ability to influence the next stages of our growth.Experience working in the ever-changing world of fintech.Opportunities for professional and personal growth.Flexible work environment.Company OverviewNative Teams provides EOR services, payroll, and multi-currency payment tools for teams and freelancers.
