This role focuses on Account Based Selling strategies, requiring the candidate to manage teams and drive growth through innovative approaches while ensuring collaboration across various departments.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with VP of Business Development to create and implement account based selling strategies tailored to high-value accounts in both software and service sectors of our businessCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design personalized marketing campaignsApply Outbound Best Practices to create cadences that include calls, email, meeting invites, LinkedIn connect, etcLead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching and supportAnalyze ABM campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCreate, manage and maintain team performance dashboardsPrepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecastingSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExtensive experience in business development and account management, particularly within the SaaS industryMust be able to build dashboards and pull reports in Salesforce to regularly report on pipeline development, key metrics and show the impact of the target account sales programProven experience in leading and managing a teamIn-depth understanding of Account Based Marketing principles and practicesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Salesforce, Zoominfo and ABM toolsHighly motivated, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsKnowledge of current Outbound trends and techniquesMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related fieldExperience with marketing automation platforms, including Hubspot and Sales Engagement tools including Groove by ClariProcure To Pay industry experienceCompany OverviewOur Why To positively impact the lives and careers of our associates, customers and partners.
