[Remote] Business Development Director

They are seeking a Business Development Senior Director with significant experience in the CTV and programmatic ecosystem to identify and secure strategic partnerships, enhance product offerings, and drive value for both publishers and OpenX.ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishersDrive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy into key international markets (Canada, LATAM)Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnershipsPartner with Account Management to co-own a book of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and acting as a trusted advisor on industry topics including CTV monetization, identity solutions, curation, AI, and privacy-first approachesSource market feedback and competitive intelligence specific to CTV to inform OpenX’s product roadmap and innovation prioritiesSupport OpenX’s buy-side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to secure and activate new demandRepresent OpenX at industry events and through thought leadership within the CTV ecosystemSkills7+ years programmatic sales experience in ad tech or publisher-sideProven track record exceeding quota and managing enterprise partnershipsExisting relationships across premium publishersDeep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and retail media networksStrong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsHigh energy, self-motivated with startup mindsetExperience in the LATAM and Canada marketsSpanish speakerDirect CTV partnership experienceBenefitsBonusEquityMedicalDentalVision401kEquityCompany OverviewOpenX is a supply-side platform for audience, data, and identity targeting, boosting reach and revenue with top tech and service.
