[Remote] Business Development Associate

They are seeking a Business Development Associate to provide executional, coordination, and enablement support to Business Development Managers, enhancing sales efficiency and internal alignment while reducing administrative burdens. Responsibilities Provide daily coordination for BDMs, prepare materials and logistics for meetings/trainings/events, execute sales programs, and minimize administrative tasks Respond promptly to inquiries, assist with onboarding and documentation, route issues, and communicate consistently without overriding BDM ownership Connect Sales with Customer Experience, Operations and Marketing, track resolutions, and share timely information Maintain records/tracking, support leadership needs, and ensure data integrity Skills 1-3 years in sales support/operations Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred Proficiency in CRM (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Strong organizational/customer-service skills Outdoor products/home improvement experience a plus Benefits Top-tier benefits – Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Enjoy our Flexible Time Off (FTO) program designed to support work–life balance (excludes new hires in Illinois).
