They are seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth within the retail sector by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the retail sectorGenerate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry eventsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partnersAchieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals through proactive business development effortsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support growth initiatives and outreach campaignsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and support business strategiesDeliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customersTrack and maintain all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within HubSpotWork closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new customers for ongoing account managementAttend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote McCue products and servicesMaintain accurate business development records, reports, and performance metricsSupport additional business development and sales initiatives as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree required.
