[Remote] Business Development Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NIP Group is a rapidly growing insurance service provider offering specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and connect with broker accounts, driving new submissions that align with their underwriting goals.
Responsibilities
⢠Outreach & Engagement: Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
⢠Drive Submissions: Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
⢠Relationship Building: Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue
⢠Data Mastery: Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts
⢠Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
⢠Collaborate & Innovate: Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact
Skills
⢠High School Diploma/GED required
⢠Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
⢠Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
⢠Confidence and assertiveness in conversations with clients
⢠Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
⢠Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
⢠Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience)
⢠Salesforce/CRM familiarity
⢠Background in insurance or financial products
