The role involves partnering with clients to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into enterprise portfolio management solutions, while leading workshops and providing strategic guidance on various initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with client business and leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into enterprise portfolio management solutionsLead business discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering exercisesAdvise clients on portfolio governance, operating model design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives enabled by PlaniswareDesign scalable solution architectures aligned with business priorities, governance frameworks, and industry best practicesDefine future-state business processes, operating models, and implementation roadmapsProvide strategic guidance on system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment approachesSupport vendor assessments, solution evaluations, and implementation planning activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution designPresent recommendations and solution approaches to executive stakeholders and steering committeesDevelop governance frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement recommendationsSupport change management, user adoption, and business readiness initiatives throughout the transformation lifecycleMentor client teams and facilitate knowledge transfer to enable long-term organizational successSkills12+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, solution architecture, or business process improvement initiatives8+ years of experience delivering or advising on Planisware-enabled Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutionsStrong understanding of portfolio management, project governance, resource planning, and enterprise operating modelsExperience leading client workshops, business process assessments, and strategic transformation initiativesExperience with enterprise integrations, data migration, SQL/Oracle databases, and solution lifecycle managementFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale business transformation programsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skillsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilitiesCompany OverviewAt OMNISTARR, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do.
