[Remote] Business Analyst - Product Owner

This role serves as a critical interface between stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on eliciting, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements for cloud-based and IoT-enabled solutions in radiation exposure management.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Client, and technical teams to capture and validate business and technical requirementsLead the development and continuous refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation for client modules, including inventory, exposure tracking, and RBACFacilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and operational scenario walkthroughs with end users from nuclear, medical, and expeditionary communitiesPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, SOW deliverables, and client mission objectivesSupport the implementation of DevSecOps and agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testingOversee the documentation and traceability of requirements, test cases, and system changes to ensure auditability and complianceCollaborate with technical leads to ensure integration of AWS GovCloud, IoT gateway management, and secure data exchange protocolsEnsure client modules support role-based authorization, organizational hierarchy management, and data conflict resolution as specified in the SOWCoordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet DoD IL4, FedRAMP, and privacy requirementsPrepare and deliver regular status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's Degree in a business or technical fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysisMinimum 1 year of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operationsUS Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceDemonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on large-scale, cloud-based or IoT-enabled federal systemsExperience supporting DoD or Navy health, safety, or exposure management programsFamiliarity with AWS GovCloud, Greengrass, and secure data integration in regulated environmentsKnowledge of DoD cybersecurity, privacy, and RMF requirements for IL4/IL5 systemsExperience facilitating requirements workshops and operational scenario walkthroughs with diverse user communitiesProficiency in agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and requirements management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation and present findings to senior stakeholdersExperience supporting the development and implementation of role-based access control and organizational hierarchy management in enterprise systemsBenefitsIncentive compensation based on individual and/or company performanceCompany benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contributionFlexible spending or health savings accountLife and AD&D insuranceShort and long term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistanceParticipation in a 401k program with company matchAdditional voluntary or legally-required benefitsCompany OverviewNTT DATA, Inc. is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
