[Remote] Business Analyst Level 3 /EPIC Security Coordinator

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Level 3 / Security Coordinator to support enterprise application security and user access management initiatives. The role involves managing security roles, user provisioning, and conducting audits while collaborating with technical and business teams.ResponsibilitiesManage user access, security roles, and security templatesCoordinate onboarding, role changes, and termination access proceduresDevelop and maintain security governance processes and approval workflowsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly security audits and reportingSupport Epic and non-Epic Level 2 security ticketsProcess provider and user data for EMP and SER databasesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsCreate functional specifications, workflows, test plans, and process documentationCoordinate with development, technical, and business teams to ensure successful project deliveryTrack issues, risks, milestones, and change requestsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experienceStrong experience with user access management, security administration, and audit reportingExperience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and creating functional specificationsExcellent analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting healthcare, Epic, or security-related applications is highly preferredEpic Security experience (EMP/SER databases)Healthcare industry experienceStrong reporting, data analysis, and process improvement backgroundExperience working in large enterprise environmentsCompany OverviewNavitas Partners LLC is a diversity led business, headquartered in NJ, as a dynamic IT professional services and workforce solutions company.
