The role involves providing resolutions to end-users, performing software demonstrations, and coordinating service requests while ensuring effective communication of technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the service request life cycle through customer-related service request responses, business requirements coordination, technical specifications and related artifacts review, and monitors system integration and user acceptance testing prior to implementationCoordinates the analysis of program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areasCoordinates and/or analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; and coordinates and/or analyzes computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitationsCoordinates with outside vendors and contractors to complete projects and service requests; and defines, assigns, and evaluates their work. Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through automation and assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systemsIdentifies potential project risks and difficulties, and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid themReviews complex project deliverables such as project charters, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans, and provides comments and suggestions to document ownersConsults on the analysis of an application, troubleshoots system problems, and implements solutionsProvides complex quality assurance consultation to, or oversight of, projects, assignments, or special initiativesDevelops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems moduleDevelops the design and/or review of test cases; processes change requests; and manages a project’s scope, acceptance, installation, and deploymentPerforms related work as assignedSkills4 Year College Degree4-5 Years Experience in business analysis workKnowledge of software development life cycle and systems development life cycle concepts; of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; and of project management principles and practicesSkill in business analysis methodologies; in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology applications, policies, and issues; and in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems and issuesAbility to analyze and interpret technical information including regulations, policies, and automation system documentation/specifications; to communicate in writing; to translate user/business needs into a technical style; to communicate technical instructions to system users; to analyze, evaluate, and integrate business rules into system requirements; to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions; to communicate effectively; and to supervise the work of othersFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essentialLegally authorized to work in the USCompany OverviewAlliance Enterprises is a computer software company offering technology based solutions.
