About the Role:
In this exciting entry-level position, you will provide comprehensive support to our Acting PMO Director and interact with middle and upper-level management across the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating reports of moderate to upper-level complexity, coordinating special projects, and utilizing your analytical and administrative skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create clear, concise Business Requirements Documents and training guides for internal and external clients
Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Manager on project releases and post-operations/client testing signoff
Work in a Sprint environment, collaborating with shared IT resources across multiple projects
Analyze data using SQL server language and improve standardized best practices and service deliveries
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and dependable, with excellent documentation skills
Expert skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Understanding of SQL server language and Sprint process knowledge (plus)

2+ years of previous IT Business Analyst experience
