They are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Co-op to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, providing hands-on experience in data analysis and Agile environments.ResponsibilitiesGather and Document Requirements: Assist in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teamsAnalyze Business Processes: Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or better data integrationDevelop User Stories: Work within the Agile framework to draft user stories and acceptance criteria for upcoming development cyclesSupport Development Teams: Assist in the design of source to target maps (STTM) to help developers buildSupport Data Visualization: Assist in the design of Power BI dashboards that help business stakeholders track key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Help ensure that delivered technical solutions meet the original business requirements through rigorous testing and feedback loopsCollaborate with Agile Teams: Engage in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between business goals and technical executionRun AI Agents: Leverage AI agents and provide feedback to train and refine the models outputSkillsCurrent undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex informationBasic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQLExcellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHands-on training in business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.Mentorship from experienced Business Analysts and Product Owners within a CPG organization.Practical experience in the Agile/Scrum methodology and project management software.Exposure to how data-driven decisions impact supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.Company OverviewSince 1869, we’ve been connecting people through food they love.
