They are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Cash Management to support product development, document business needs, and manage stakeholder relationships.ResponsibilitiesCrafting user stories and sprints to support the product developmentDefining and documenting customer business functions and processesDomain expert with payments and clearing, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experienceIdentifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnelEnsuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the usersParticipating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system with the view of automating the test planAssisting business to coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intents, business requirements and value to customersDeveloping a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product moduleActing as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staffDemonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functionsSkilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are coveredAble to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value- added changes with focus on business process transformationWork closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverableSkillsMinimum 8+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking and Financial institutions clearingUnderstanding business objectives, and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization's goals and problems to be solvedStrong technical acumen and process drivenAble to work independently to create processes from scratchComfortable in working in sprints and working in hybrid Agile/ Waterfall environmentsComfortable with data analysis to support product management information analysis and decision makingSkilled in MS Office applications Miro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps or equivalent ConfluenceBenefitsVARITE offers a Candidate Referral program, where you'll receive a one-time referral bonus based on the following scale if the preferred candidate completes a three-month assignment with VARITE.INR 5,000 for 0-2 years experienceINR 7,500 for 2-6 years experienceINR 10,000 for 6+ years experienceCompany OverviewVARITE has a definite spirit.
