[Remote] Business Analyst

Emeria is a company focused on growth through acquisitions, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support the IT M&A Programme Manager. The role involves data migration, CRM integration, and ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired businesses into the company's operations.ResponsibilitiesLead data discovery activities to understand source system structures, data quality, and migration readinessPerform detailed data mapping between source systems and the target CRM (Reapit) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rulesCoordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and pre‑migration housekeeping with business teamsSupport the execution of data migration cycles, including validation, reconciliation, and defect resolutionDevelop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolvedProvide post‑migration support, including data checks, account set up, user queries and stabilisation activitiesContribute where required to the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle from deal completion through transition into BAUTrack progress against the integration delivery plan, highlighting risks, issues, and dependenciesSupport changeover planning, cutover activities, and readiness assessmentsAct as a coordination point between IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Branch and other functions to ensure alignment and timely deliveryMaintain clear communication with acquired business leaders, ensuring expectations, timelines and impacts are understoodBuild strong working relationships with internal teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external suppliersPresent data findings, risks and recommendations clearly and conciselySupport training and onboarding activities related to CRM adoption and new processesEnsure documentation is maintained, including data mapping, test plans and migration logsSkillsExperience in data migration, data analysis, or system integration projects—ideally within M&A or CRM environmentsExperience working with CRM platforms (Reapit experience essential)Exposure to cross‑functional projects and working across teamsExperience in environments undergoing change, transformation, or acquisition integration is desirableStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret datasets and identify data quality issuesProficiency in ExcelStrong proficiency in ReapitAbility to produce clear data mapping documentation and structured test plansExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills, able to translate technical information into business‑friendly languageAbility to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationshipsA structured, methodical approach with strong attention to detailComfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments typical of M&A activityBenefitsAll of the technology, training and support that you need to do your job wellCompetitive salaries and a range of benefit packagesA range of exclusive discounts on extra benefits to help you and your family make the most of your money, safeguard your future and look after your healthCompany OverviewThe Emeria group is a leading European real estate services provider for both residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) markets, leveraging human expertise, data insights and artificial intelligence to support its clients.
