The role involves managing operational efficiencies, participating in projects, and providing support to business partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.ResponsibilitiesActs as an Operations owner or representative on projects focused on continuous improvement of Transaction ServicesPrepare and approve initial responses to USCA Exam Management team for audits and regulatory exams, complete required data validation/lookbackDrive solutions for identified issues, complete data validation/lookback, ensure Action Plan milestones are metManage Quality resultsParticipates in the identification, developments, and implementation of operational efficiencies for bank operationsResearches and applies Customer requirements in the development and enhancement of systemsParticipates in projects, communicates project status and provides timely escalation of issues to senior management to ensure project objectives are metProvides day to day business partner support for Investor and Internal PartnersMaintains a working knowledge of Operations processes and acts as a resource for resolving technical or operational issuesTrains employeesAssists management with the investigation of internal and external audit findingsSkillsProficient in all Microsoft suite applicationsExcellent writing skillsAnalytical thinkingProblem solving and self-starterMust have mortgage experienceLoss mitigation and or Asset management 3yrsFI industryReporting (Power apps and SharePoint)Ms office – Excel and Word (strong proficiency)Strong communication skillsTime management skillsMail mergerCompany OverviewTekstaff is an industry leading supplier of information technology staffing services.
