They are seeking a Business Analyst to perform independent verification and validation testing for the DAI Oracle EBS enterprise financial management system, developing and executing test scripts while ensuring compliance with federal standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for Oracle EBS across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Limited User Testing (LUT) phasesPerform regression, performance, load, stress, and end-to-end testing across business process areas: OTL, Procure-to-Pay, Budget-to-Report, Award-to-Reimburse, Order-to-Cash, Analytics (OAS), and InterfacesExecute testing across events such as monthly production releases, accelerated software change request (SCR) releases, emergency/out-of-cycle releases, stabilization fixes, and data fix deploymentsMicroFocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Serena Dimensions, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Oracle Test Manager (OTM), and Oracle Load Manager (OLM) for test script management, configuration control, and results documentationMonthly Section 508 accessibility compliance testing and support annual FFMIA (Federal Financial Management Improvement Act) testing per OMB mandateSupport Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities including test readiness reviews, requirements traceability matrix (RTM) maintenance, and defect documentation and resolution trackingParticipate in Cybersecurity Test & Evaluation (T&E) and CEVA (Cybersecurity Evaluation and Validation Activities) as requiredPrepare and contribute to SIT/UAT/LUT test plans, test reports, IV&V reports, and test evaluation plans per release cycleUnderstands customer business objectives and assists with aligning the deliverables accordinglyEnsures compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirementsAdhere to all certified processes as part of the organization’s commitment to quality and information security, including protection of sensitive informationTravel to client sites as needed, up to 20%, depending on client requirementsPerform other related tasks as assignedSkillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in software testing or quality assuranceExperience in computer software development and testing software applications, including system testing, regression testing, acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, and automated testingKnowledge of developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test toolsRelevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent)Strong attention to detail and commitment to high qualityAbility to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentFlexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements, technologies, and business needsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMust be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust Government Clearance prior to hire dateBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverageA 401(k) planBonus opportunitiesPaid holidaysPaid time offCompany Overviewc5mi, a management and operational technology consultancy firm.
