They are seeking a Senior Metadata Ingestion Analyst to act as a liaison between technical IT teams and business stakeholders, focusing on metadata management, data governance, and analytics support.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between IT, data engineering, and business teamsConnect enterprise metadata catalog and lineage systems with source systemsAutomate metadata collection and enrichment processesAnalyze and integrate data from multiple complex sourcesCreate dashboards, reports, and data visualizationsTranslate technical findings into non-technical languageValidate AI-generated outputs and mitigate data inconsistenciesDevelop and manage business glossaries and metadata definitionsConduct training sessions to improve data literacy across teamsEnsure compliance with data governance and quality standardsDevelop AI prompts and reusable query templates for reportingCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve data-related issuesSkills8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis rolesStrong SQL expertise (data extraction, manipulation, enrichment)Experience with metadata, data lineage, and data glossariesStrong experience in requirements gathering and data translationAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical usersExperience working with analytics teams and IT stakeholdersStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence toolsKnowledge of data governance and data quality frameworksExperience with Informatica EDC, Axon, or similar toolsHealthcare / Health & Human Services domain experienceExperience in training, mentoring, and promoting data literacyExposure to AI prompt engineering / data synthesisCBAP / CCBACertified Data Management Professional (CDMP)Informatica certifications (nice to have)Company OverviewRadiant Digital is supports multiple health focused agencies including Department of Health and Human Services.
