The role involves acting as a liaison between Accounting & Finance users and IT, analyzing issues, and implementing process improvements related to BPC Planning and Consolidation.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between Accounting & Finance users and IT for BPC Planning and Consolidation issues, enhancements, and process improvementsAnalyze and resolve BPC Planning and Consolidation issues across system, data, and business processesPrioritize and manage issue resolution aligned with close, forecast, and reporting timelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvementsMaintain documentation for BPC Planning and Consolidation processes and reporting structuresUnderstand relationships between SAP S/4HANA, BPC Planning, and BPC ConsolidationPerform impact analysis of system, data, and process changesSupport budget, forecast, and financial close cyclesSkillsHands-on experience with BPC Planning and Consolidation (BPC 11.1 on BW/4HANA)Technical experience with supporting BPC (not utilizing) (Business Planning and Consolidation)Understanding Accounting/Reporting consolidationTechnical side, building BPC reportsExperience with SAC, OneStream, Hyperion6 years or more experienceExperienced and Accounting/Controllership sideExperience with report development, input schedules, and application supportStrong understanding of BPC dimensions, hierarchies, and data modelsExperience using data manager packages for data transformation and issue resolutionExperience loading and managing data including flat file integrationsUnderstanding of driver-based calculations and planning logicBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience working as a Business Analyst with requirements documentation and process designStrong understanding of financial consolidation conceptsExperience supporting financial close and reporting processesStrong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skillsExposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP Group Reporting preferredCompany OverviewWith singular global reach and agility, Acro Service Corporation offers you a unique integrated approach to staffing and consulting solutions.
