Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs. • Drive alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations. • Leverage storytelling to: • Inspire teams and stakeholders. • Communicate complex ideas simply. • Create a shared understanding of product vision and customer journey. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer needs. • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos with engaging narratives. • Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of measurable business value. Skills • Proven experience in one or more roles: Business Analyst, Business Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager. • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, backlog management, and agile frameworks. • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills able to inspire and influence. • Ability to simplify technical concepts into business-friendly narratives. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
