They are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join their Business Sales team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves prospecting, conducting discovery conversations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet sales targets.ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory or verticalConduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with Metronet’s offeringsOwn the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboardingLeverage data and insights from Salesforce and other tools to inform your sales approach, prioritize opportunities, and drive smarter decisionsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and deal progression in SalesforceBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients—become a trusted advisorCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer satisfactionMeet or exceed sales targets and activity benchmarks in a competitive, fast-paced environmentParticipate in regular Individual Business Meetings (IBMs) with your Sales Manager to review performance and align on goalsShare market insights and customer feedback to help shape strategy and drive team successContribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementOther job-related duties as requestedSkillsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technologyMust be legally authorized to work in the U.SProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license required; travel may be required based on territoryRemote refers to no in-office daily requirement.
