Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tradebe is seeking individuals with a strong work ethic to join their U.S. inside sales team as a Broker Account Manager. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and effectively utilizing information management systems to track revenues and provide updates.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized brokersCultivate, secure, and sustain relationships with assigned accountsServe as a liaison and environmental resource between Tradebe and its customersStrategically drive revenue growth by leveraging Tradebe’s full range of offeringsGenerate new leads and convert them into long-term customersFollow up on both cold and warm leads to advance the sales processFollow up on quotations and bids to close new businessPresent multi-lines of services and drive customer growthAssist customers with profiling, quoting, and resolving issuesDemonstrate and explain products or services to customersGain in-depth knowledge of Tradebe’s service capabilities to effectively communicate and educate customers and prospectsAccurately document all sales activities in CRM softwareComplete all required reporting promptly and accuratelySet and achieve sales goals and objectives established by leadershipPerform other duties as assignedSkillsCandidates must be located in or near ConnecticutA Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Environmental is preferred, but other degrees and/or industry experience will be consideredPrevious experience and proven success in salesMust have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and must have knowledge of an information management systemMust be able to work in a team environment and effectively collaborate with other departmentsStrong influencing skills and ability to assist an Inside Sales Representative in closing a saleMust be able to travel to customer sites and Tradebe locationsPrevious experience with CRM software is preferredCompany OverviewTradebe is a waste management company that offers environmental consulting, oil collection, and recycling services.
