[Remote] Brand Strategist, Entertainment Partnerships

Solomon Page is a staffing and executive search solutions provider, and they are seeking a Brand Strategist, Entertainment Partnerships to lead entertainment partnerships that strengthen brand relevance and drive business impact. This role involves developing brand-led partnership strategies and managing complex partnerships and budgets to deliver high-impact brand programs.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Own entertainment partnerships end to end, from brand strategy and partner selection through negotiation, execution and performance reporting
ā¢ Develop brand-led partnership strategies and go-to-market plans across experiential activations, digital and social content, talent collaborations and influencer programs
ā¢ Ensure all partnerships align with brand positioning, messaging and long-term strategic objectives
ā¢ Scale partnership activations nationally while tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
ā¢ Manage partnership budgets exceeding $1M and evaluate ROI
ā¢ Partner closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand programs
ā¢ Deliver pre- and post-program reporting with insights to inform future brand and partnership strategy
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required
ā¢ 7+ years of experience in brand strategy and/or entertainment partnerships for a large, notable brand
ā¢ Strong understanding of entertainment, culture and talent-driven marketing
ā¢ Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and large budgets
ā¢ Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
