They are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric seller to manage client relationships and drive sales of their Media and Creative Measurement, Attribution, and Optimization services.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, closing and transitionAI-Augmented Deal Strategy - Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to conduct deep-dive prospect research, synthesize complex annual reports into actionable value propositions, and draft hyper-personalized outreach at scaleDevelop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibilityPosition new opportunities/products and run demos with customized positioning to meet prospective client pain pointsBuild and consistently deliver against an accurately forecasted pipelineManage multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively, including the navigation of negotiations and contracting with procurement teamsDevelop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within identified territoryWork with iSpot’s third party partners to win and maintain businessUtilize customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systemsDeploy the iSpot Sales Process to effectively move opportunities through pipelineLeverage continued trainings offered at iSpot to improve sales resultsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in an agency, research or digital media services firm with a focus on selling subscription-based services to brandsA track record of success in selling complex offerings across an organizationAI Literacy - Proven experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini or ChatGPT to accelerate the sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to final proposal draftingAbility to prioritize, organize and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environmentDemonstrated ability to work remotely, present virtually, and communicate effectively with HQ teamsExceptional verbal and written communication & presentation skillsComprehension to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with client needsStrong Media Measurement and/or SaaS sales experienceAbility to develop and cultivate strong customer relationships while continually seeking opportunities to showcase how to drive business impactStrong collaboration skills to effectively communicate across the organization, including Data Science, Custom Analytics, Customer Success and Executive TeamDiligence to work efficiently and effectively, equally as part of a team and independently, to achieve sales quotaSkills to extract data and creative insights from the iSpot platform and generate unique and compelling insights for clientsA passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV media & creativeStrong relationships with key brand contacts (executive and operational) in order to achieve a trusted-advisor statusAdvertising measurement/creative assessment experience preferredStrong Media Measurement and/or SaaS sales experienceDeep understanding of media planning, media buying, advertising technology, and digital media with an emphasis on linear TV, OTT/Streaming, AddressableBenefits50/50 split commission bonusAll full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock optionsNon-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime payHybrid & Flexible Workplace PolicyDepending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employeeThose local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a weekWhile those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote scheduleCompany OverviewiSpot helps advertisers measure the brand and business impact of TV and streaming advertising, from concept to airing to conversion.
