The Brand Marketing Intern supports the marketing team in executing social media initiatives, brand engagement efforts, and other marketing campaigns across digital platforms.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channelsMonitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions to help maintain a positive brand presenceAssist in tracking and reporting social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growthContribute to the creation of multi-format marketing collateral for local marketing and national brand initiatives, including social graphics, print materials, and short-form videoSupport reputation management efforts by monitoring online reviews and customer feedback, and assisting with overall program executionCollaborate with marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all communication channelsAssist with email marketing and digital campaigns that support customer engagement and retention initiativesSupport internal communications by helping draft and refine messaging for company newsletters, key brand announcements, and cross-functional updatesHelp organize marketing assets, content calendars, and campaign schedulesReview and edit blog content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, voice, messaging standards, SEO best practices, and applicable copyright and content usage requirementsPull, analyze, and report on marketing attribution data to measure campaign performance, track lead sources, and provide actionable insights that support marketing strategy and decision-makingPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedSkillsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in social media marketing, branding, and digital communicationsFamiliarity with major social media platforms and current digital trendsBasic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metricsStrong written communication and creative storytelling skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, creative environmentExperience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salariesA full benefits package to include, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and moreCompany OverviewAuthority Brands supports individual franchisee growth through providing strong marketing, technology and operational support.
