They are seeking a Brand Designer responsible for developing and delivering visual communications for Moda and its subsidiary companies, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality marketing materials that align with brand strategy.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the marketing team to help define the style and tone of each project, ensuring marketing materials are high quality and meet expectationsCollaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative communication solutions that align with business objectives, brand strategy, and brand guidelines across all markets, channels, and touchpointsParticipate in strategy development, including strategic and creative kickoffsDesign and support cross-channel designWork collaboratively with designers, writers, digital team, clients, and internal business stakeholders to deliver creative solutionsApply strong creative judgement, design sensibility, and attention to detail across all deliverablesContribute to creative thinking, brainstorming, and problem-solving as part of a collaborative teamStay current on trends and best practices in graphic design, pre-press, and printingPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field1-4 years of professional design experienceAbility to partner and collaborate in a cross-functional organizationStrong understanding of brand and product or service placementStrong visual design skills for both print and digital mediaExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company's values and brand promise in internal and external interactionsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeExperience with large-format graphics and multimedia designDemonstrated project management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlinesAbility to develop and execute multiple projects simultaneouslyMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all internal and external interactionsExperience with Adobe XD, Figma, or SketchCompany OverviewModa Health offers quality health coverage in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
