The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in test automation, with a strong background in banking and financial services. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. 3.Experience : 6to10Yrs 4. Required Skills : ,Test Automation 8.Responsibilities : - Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of banking and financial services applications. - Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly. - Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. - Provide regular updates on testing progress and any issues encountered to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation. - Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance. - Maintain and update test automation frameworks to ensure they remain effective and efficient. - Train and mentor junior team members on test automation tools and techniques. - Participate in code reviews to ensure test scripts are of high quality and adhere to coding standards. - Work closely with the QA team to integrate automated tests into the overall testing strategy. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development and business teams. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the product. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques. Qualifications - Possess a strong background in test automation with at least 6 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar. - Have a solid understanding of banking and financial services applications. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
