Ā Maintain and monitor vendor accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues with diligence.
Ā Accurately update and categorize bank transactions on a daily basis to ensure precise financial records.
Ā Regularly reconcile bank statements to maintain the integrity of financial documentation throughout the fiscal year.
Ā Support financial reporting and analysis efforts, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.
Required Skills
Ā Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
Ā Proficient in accounting software, with a preference for candidates familiar with Zoho Books.
Ā Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
Ā Knowledge of GA Tax Law is advantageous.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing and prioritizing tasks.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
