Adhere to company quality and process standards, ensuring consistency and reliability in all financial operations
Ensure seamless cash flow management, tracking, and counter-checking to prevent discrepancies and errors
Prepare and submit reports documenting errors and issues, providing recommendations for improvement and implementation
Respond to inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with the team to address disputes, implement process improvements, and minimize discrepancies
Requirements:
Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and diligent approach to work, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Audit experience and knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in English language and ability to work in a remote environment
Technical Requirements:
Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent
Windows or Mac operating system
At least 8GB of RAM and 60 GB of free hard disk space
10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed)
Headset with noise-canceling feature and high-definition webcam
