• Maintain detailed records within established systems and workflows
• Ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout the entire booking process
Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
