As an bolthires Listing Creation Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our business operations forward by creating and optimizing product listings on the bolthires platform. Your expertise will directly contribute to increasing our return on investment (ROI) and promoting growth for the company. You will work closely with our bolthires Listing Team and report directly to the bolthires Listing Team Lead and the Head of bolthires Bundling Project. About the Role This is a temporary work-from-home position with options for permanent, long-term employment based on satisfactory performance. As an bolthires Listing Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Creating and optimizing product listings using bolthires's Flat File template, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, and compliance with bolthires's guidelines and best practices. Identifying and resolving issues or errors related to product listings, such as missing or incorrect information, formatting problems, or compatibility issues. Collaborating with relevant teams to address and rectify listing-related challenges. Crafting persuasive product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other content within the Flat File framework, highlighting product features, benefits, and unique selling points. Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and integrating them strategically within the Flat File listings. Ensuring content is search engine optimized to enhance visibility, organic ranking, and overall search performance. Monitoring product listing performance, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, sales, and overall listing performance. Utilizing tools and metrics to track keyword rankings, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure the health and success of the listings. Conducting Image and Media Optimization, Performance Tracking, Process Automation, and utilizing AI & Chat GPT. Experience and Qualities We Look For To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-3 years of experience as an bolthires Listing Specialist or in related roles. Proficiency in using bolthires's Flat File system for listing creation and optimization. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings. Proficiency in conducting keyword research using relevant tools and techniques. Experience with Jungle Scout, DataDive, Helium 10, and other keyword research tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Proficiency in bolthires Excel/bolthires Sheets. Familiarity with online meeting applications like bolthires Meets and Zoom.
