[Remote] Board Advisor, Investment Banking (Taking Companies To $100M+)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unite Digital Holdings is seeking a Board Advisor in Investment Banking to assist companies in achieving $100M+ in enterprise value. The role focuses on strategic opportunity matching and deal sequencing, leveraging your expertise to enhance company readiness for liquidity events.

Responsibilities
• Identify companies preparing for liquidity in 2–5 years
• Introduce qualified decision-makers (Founder, CEO, Chair, CFO, Investor)
• Help assess timing, seriousness, and structural readiness
• Protect the integrity and scarcity of The GAP
• Participate in capital strategy discussions when appropriate

Skills
• Currently hold Director, Managing Director, or Senior Advisor titles
• Advise founders, boards, and investors on liquidity, recapitalization, and strategic alternatives
• See companies that are 'almost ready' for a transaction — but not optimized
• Understand multiple compression and expansion dynamics
• Recognize value destruction before it shows up in CIMs
• Prefer performance-based upside without operational burden
• Want better-prepared companies entering a process
• $10M–$50M revenue (or clear line of sight)
• $2.5M+ EBITDA (or structural path to it)
• Serious ambition to reach $100M+ enterprise value
• Founder-led, professionally managed, PE-backed, or family-owned
• Financially stable but plateaued
• Willing to submit to structured accountability and execution discipline
