Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing and recruitment requirements.
Contribute significantly to enhancing the companys brand to attract and engage top talent.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates via diverse sourcing methods and sustained networking efforts.
Partner with the People Operations team on various talent initiatives and projects.
Required Skills
3-5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on the blockchain industry preferred.
Demonstrable expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in highly technical roles.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with other modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills to juggle various projects and deadlines.
Capability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
A successful track record as a Web3 Recruiter.
Previous experience in hiring talent for business or corporate roles within Web3 or cryptocurrency companies is considered advantageous.
