Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects
ā¢ Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and CRISPR design tools
ā¢ Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics datasets
ā¢ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend data-driven improvements
ā¢ Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders
ā¢ Contribute to development of guidelines and standards for data analysis
ā¢ Stay updated on advancements in computational biology and genomics
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in sequence alignment and genomics data analysis
ā¢ Familiarity with CRISPR design tools and bioinformatics workflows
ā¢ Strong proficiency in handling large-scale biological datasets
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Experience in quality assurance or rubric evaluation processes
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
ā¢ Advanced degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, or related field
